About us
A Working Clearance Business Serving Wolverhampton
House and property clearance carried out properly — by people who do the work themselves, from a Staffordshire base within easy reach of the city.
Who we are
The People Behind Your Clearance
We're a working clearance business, not a call centre. Every enquiry is handled directly — we discuss the property, arrange the quotation and then carry out the clearance ourselves. The team you speak to is the team that turns up.
We clear everything from a single garage to a full house end to end, and we approach each job the same way: turn up when arranged, work carefully, treat the property with respect, and leave it empty and clean.

How we work
How a Clearance Is Carried Out
It starts with a conversation. Tell us what needs clearing — or send photographs — and we assess the property, the volume and the access, then give you a free quotation.
On the day, we arrive with the right team and vehicle for the job. Contents are removed carefully, with anything you've asked to keep set aside. Reusable items are separated for donation, and the rest is disposed of properly. We sweep out and leave the property ready.
Our Staffordshire base
Based in Norton Canes — Serving Wolverhampton
Our base is at Unit 3, Anchor Point, Walsall Road, Norton Canes, WS11 — in Staffordshire. From there we're well placed to reach Wolverhampton and the surrounding West Midlands quickly, keeping clearance dates flexible.
We're a Staffordshire business that serves Wolverhampton. We don't claim to be based in the city, and we don't use a virtual office or a pretend address — we clear properties throughout Wolverhampton from our genuine Norton Canes base.
